How often should I take Melli gummies?

We recommend taking our products daily to maximize the cognitive health benefits.

- Focus gummies: You can take up to 2 doses (4 gummies) a day; we recommend not taking 5 hours prior to sleep due to the energizing properties of the green coffee bean extract.

- Sleep gummies: You can take 1 dose (2 gummies) a day; we recommend taking 30 minutes prior to sleep.

How long until I feel the effects?

You should feel the effects from your gummies within 30 minutes of consuming, but optimized results are felt over a 30-day period.

In general, functional mushrooms have longer term benefits, and work best when taken regularly over an extended period of time.
