Simply put, functional mushrooms are mushrooms that have adaptogenic properties and health benefits beyond their nutritional value. There are many species of functional mushrooms, each containing unique compounds and special properties that can support either your mind or body and, in some cases, both.

Here at melli, we've harnessed the power of Reishi, Lion's Mane and Cordyceps. We blended them with powerful nootropics to craft two tasty gummies to help aid in focus and sleep.

What are Nootropics and why consider using them?

We're glad you asked! Nootropics are a group of natural substances (also known as ‘smart drugs’) which can improve the way your brain functions - there are many claims that they can improve memory, stimulate alertness, encourage creativity and relieve symptoms of stress. Melli products were specifically crafted to help incorporate these benefits into your daily routine. With our sleep and focus gummies, you can start benefiting from nootropics today!

Are these legal mushrooms?

Yes! Our functional mushrooms are 100% legal. They do not contain psilocybin (a schedule 1 drug) and do not possess any hallucinogenic properties. Functional mushrooms do not appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) list and are legal worldwide.

Are your products third-party tested? Made in the USA?

Yes, all of our products are tested by a third-party laboratory for potency and purity. Please refer to the "certificate of analysis" page under "Learn More" to see more details. All of our products are made from scratch right here in the US.

Will Melli gummies get me high?

Nope, our gummies do not contain psilocybin (the compound found in magic mushrooms) and do not possess any hallucinogenic properties.

What is the best way to take Melli Focus and Melli Sleep? How many should I take?

Melli products were made to fit seamlessly into your daily routine. Here are some guidelines to get you started!

- The suggested use of our Melli Focus gummies is 1 serving (2 gummies), up to 2 times daily. We recommend taking before work, exercise, for an afternoon boost or to replace your morning coffee!

- The suggested use of our Melli Sleep Gummies is 1 serving (2 gummies) one time nightly. Take gummies 30 minutes before bed to help calm the mind, fall asleep and stay asleep.

Are your products Vegan, Organic and Gluten-free?

Yes! All of our gummies are vegan, gluten-free and organic. They contain organic functional mushrooms and the highest quality, natural ingredients. Our gummies are free from fillers, binders, GMOs, and preservatives.

Can I take Melli gummies with my other medications or supplements?

Whenever you add any supplement into your routine, it's best to keep your healthcare practitioner informed.

How often should I take these?

We recommend taking our products daily to maximize the cognitive health benefits.

- Focus gummies: You can take up to 2 doses (4 gummies) a day; we recommend not taking 5 hours prior to sleep due to the energizing properties of the green tea extract.

- Sleep gummies: You can take 1 dose (2 gummies) a day; we recommend taking 30 minutes prior to sleep.

How long will it take to feel the effects?

You should feel the effects from your gummies within 30 minutes of consuming, but optimized results are felt over a 30-day period.

In general, functional mushrooms have longer term benefits, and work best when taken regularly over an extended period of time. Most people feel the effects of functional mushrooms after 30 consecutive days. Nootropics and adaptogens, on the other hand, have shorter-term benefits, and can be felt more immediately.

Unlike some other products that contain just functional mushrooms, ours contain a blend of functional mushrooms, nootropics and adaptogens so that the benefits can be felt both short-term and long-term.

Can I take this while pregnant or breastfeeding?

These products should not be taken if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Managing Your Subscription

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions will be shipped automatically to you every 30 days at a 20% discount.

To manage your subscription, create an account using the same email that you used to purchase your subscription. You will receive an email titled "Customer account activation" which will activate your account for future use. Please check the spam folder if not received within a few minutes!

How do I update my shipping address for my next order?

Log into your customer account, and click on Manage Subscriptions.

Click on "see more details" to navigate to your customer subscription portal.

Once here, you can edit your shipping address by clicking "edit" next to the shipping information.

How do I change or update my credit card on file?

Log into your customer account, and click on Manage Subscriptions.

Click on "see more details" to navigate to your customer subscription portal.

Once here, you can edit your credit card details by clicking "edit" next to the billing details. Once you have clicked edit, it will prompt you to send an email to the email address on file where you can securely update your payment method.

Orders that are already in process cannot be edited so make sure to add your new info before your next order is charged.

How do I skip or pause a delivery?

Log in to your customer portal to skip a delivery. At the bottom of your subscription page there is a button to select "pause" or "skip".

Can I get a delivery earlier than scheduled?

Once your account is activated, you've got all the control to make any changes to your account at any time. Add product to your next order, change your delivery date, skip a delivery or pause your account.

If you ever need help, you can also reach out to the Melli Customer support team by email at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Should you ever need to cancel, you can do so from your subscription portal.

Log into your account, navigate to "manage subscription" and click "cancel your subscription" at the bottom of the page.

Make sure you cancel your account 24 hours before your next shipment. Once an order is processed, we're unable to cancel the order or make any changes.

Orders and Shipping

How can I track my shipment?

We will send you an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. From there, you can keep an eye on things along the way.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Typically all orders ship within 24 hours when ordered Monday - Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, it will ship the next business day. Orders within the US generally take 3-5 business days to arrive.

What if my product gets lost in transit?

Email our customer support team if you believe your order is lost, and we'll get a new order out to you ASAP.

If your order's tracking says delivered but you don't see it, check with a neighbor or around your mailbox. If you still can't find it, let us know and we'll get you taken care of.

What happens if my order arrived damaged?

Let us know what's damaged by emailing us and we'll send you a replacement.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship to the 50 states within the US.

Do you accept returns?

We cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, or you would like to cancel any future shipments, please contact our customer support team.
